David L. Boyle has been a director since August 2005. Mr. Boyle retired as Vice Chairman and Head of Portfolio Risk Management of Ambac Financial Group, Inc., in 2005 where he served in many different capacities for eight years. Previously, Mr. Boyle worked at Citibank, N.A. from 1974 to 1996, in a variety of management positions. He is the former chairman of the Association of Financial Guaranty Insurers, and currently serves on the board of trustees of Wittenberg University and as president of the New Haven County Cutters professional baseball team.
